I was lucky enough to shoot a fun spring family session for this couple and their adorable girls. We decided to use Buffalo Creek forest preserve, which is a lovely backdrop for family photos. I just love their coral and blue wardrobe against the vivid greens of the spring prairie! We had a nice sunny day, and while I love a good deep sunset session, this bright look is so perfect for the time of year, and the playfulness of the kids. Enjoy!

I pulled a couple cute shots out of the archives to advertise the most wonderful time of the (photography) year! I have several mini session nights and mornings scheduled, I hope to see your family this year! I am still booking longer sessions on weeknights, and I have one or two weekend evenings open as well. This sweet family had a lot of schedules to coordinate, and could only do a midday time for their family session. I am so grateful to live near this cute little park with great trees! I never want to turn somebody away for not being available at golden hour or early in the morning. I know they love the results as much as I do!
