I have known this mom for many years, and when she asked me to take her family photos, I was thrilled to take her to a new location I’d just discovered since moving to Illinois. We met halfway between our homes in McHenry, IL at Moraine Hills State Park. This park has it all – forest, prairie, a boardwalk, a lake with dock, and lots of beautiful paths. We got such a great variety from this one spot! Her boys are so fun and polite, the setting was perfect for their adventurous personalities. I can’t wait to get back to this location as the weather warms up. Enjoy the photos!
